We make natural wines from organically grown grapes at our Barossa Valley vineyard. Grapes are hand-picked at optimum ripeness and process them in the traditional way the same day, basket pressing, fermenting, in house: crushing, and maturing without the use of oak. The wines are neither fined nor filtered and are SO2 free. Our 90-year old vines - Grenache, Muscat Blanc a Petit Grains, Muscat of Alexandria, and Semillon - are dry-grown, without chemicals or artificial fertilisers. We make preservatives-free, additives free wines, from organically-and dry-grown grapes. We make the wines on the property, straight after picking the grapes by hand the old way - basket press, fermentation by wild yeast in clay vessels, maturation in old oak barrels. No filtering, no fining.
